Referral Process

Referring specialists should complete the Patient Referral Form (IDH020) or forward referral notes to the facility case manager. Following referral, an initial assessment is conducted to determine the appropriate level of care. Our team assists with medical scheme authorisation and financial arrangements.

Visiting hours

Flexible visiting hours per facility. Family and friends are welcome, but be mindful that therapy and medical procedures take priority. The appointed next of kin/family spokesperson(s) are part of the patient’s care program and are encouraged to speak with the inter-disciplinary team during visiting hours for feedback on the patient's progress.
