  2. Evia Pharmacy will confirm details and claim from your medical scheme. Any co-payments can be settled via EFT.
  3. For 3+ medications/supplements, medication is pre-sorted into dose pouches; fewer medications arrive in their original packs.
  4. Orders are delivered to your chosen address within 2 business days, free of charge.
  5. Evia Pharmacy will remind you when repeats or renewals are due, and pharmacy support is available by phone or WhatsApp.

There are no delivery or packaging fees. Medication prices are the same as other pharmacies and Evia is a Designated Service Provider (DSP) for most medical schemes. Co-payments may apply depending on your medication and medical scheme, but Evia will help advise on ways to reduce co-payments wherever possible. You’ll be informed of and have the opportunity to accept co-payments before the medication is dispatched.

Medication is delivered to your preferred address within two working days. You’ll receive a WhatsApp notification from Evia before delivery, as well as updates from the courier company itself.

Evia can combine chronic medication prescribed by different doctors into a single pre-packed, dose-by-dose medication regimen.

Yes, you can. Simply provide the pharmacy with details of your supplementation regimen, and it will pack the supplements into the correct pouches together with your chronic medication.

Evia pharmacy can supply oral contraceptives as part of your delivery, but please note that these will not be repackaged into dose-by-dose pouches, as the visual guidance provided on the original packaging is important.

Yes, you can. Evia pharmacy will use packaging that fully maintains the cold chain and preserves the integrity of your medication.

Yes, Evia pharmacists are available during the following trading hours to answer your medication questions.

Monday to Friday: 08:30–17:30, Saturday: 08:30–13:00 and Sunday: Closed.

Yes, you can. Request the pharmacy to send the remainder of your script to Evia ([email protected]) and Evia will load and supply the balance of your current script. If you send a script to Evia and are not happy with the service, you can also request that they send the balance of your script to another pharmacy.
