We focus on restoring function, maximising independence, and improving quality of life. Patients benefit from an interdisciplinary care team that includes a doctor, case manager, social worker, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists and dietitians. In addition, radiology and pathology services are available. Personalised expert physical rehabilitation plans are designed for each patient, ensuring maximum functionality and recovery. Extended family visiting hours further enhance the recovery process. Our state-of-the-art facilities include gyms, therapy rooms, and assistive devices to maximise recovery. We collaborate with health insurers to ensure seamless admission and transition from hospital to rehabilitation. Dr Francois Theron and Dr Janine Botha lead the medical team, bringing extensive expertise to ensure every patient receives exceptional, quality care.

The clinic runs on the first Tuesday of every month, with assessments coordinated through Rita Henn & Partners Inc. L.I.F.T Clinic recognises the importance of movement, function, independence and confidence in daily life. The programme consists of a one-hour assessment with a doctor, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, and speech therapist to determine the patient’s current level of functioning and to make patient-specific recommendations for managing functional needs and challenges.
The programme is designed for people living with neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Motor Neuron Disease (ALS), Atypical Parkinsonism, Huntington's disease, and other conditions affecting movement, speech, or daily function.
