Strengthening the rehabilitation team
Dr Botha provides clinical oversight, leadership and supervision to the doctors at Intercare Irene (IRPR) and Hazeldean (HZPR) Physical Rehabilitation Hospitals, who operate under her guidance. She is not based full-time at the facilities; her role is to support and supervise the on-site clinical teams, helping uphold a high standard of holistic, patient-centred care across both hospitals. Her emphasis on interdisciplinary teamwork ensures that every discipline pulls together towards each patient's personal goals, with families kept close and informed throughout.
