In-practice Terms of Service

Dear Patient

Intercare is committed to managing your personal information in accordance with the POPIA. We have specific processes in place regarding how we collect, process, share, and keep your personal information. Detail is available on the homepage of our website under Privacy Policy.

For your convenience, Intercare offers longer hours during the week, and our facilities are also open on weekends and public holidays. An after-hours fee (Code 0148) might be charged for consultations after-hours on weekdays and on weekends and public holidays. The after-hours fee (Code 0148) is not covered by most medical schemes and patients will be liable for payment.

This is a cashless facility – card payments and most medical aids are accepted.

A consultation fee may be charged for bookings not cancelled two (2) hours before the confirmed booking time slot and appointments not kept.

Our medical team is available seven days a week, including public holidays, with extended weekday and weekend hours. For added convenience, on-site radiology and pathology services support quick and seamless diagnostics.
