She enjoys gardening and spending time with her three children in her spare time.

Marcha van Niekerk optioned her National Certificate in Dental Assisting in 1999 at Pretoria Technikon. In 2002 she graduated from the University of Pretoria with a Diploma in Oral Hygiene with expanded functions. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring outdoor activities in the Western Cape.

Dr Greeff Moolman (B.Ch.D.) graduated from the University of Pretoria. He has a special interest in dental fields of restorative dentistry, endodontics and orthodontics. Dr Moolman enjoys cycling and mountain biking in his leisure time.

Dr Johan Hartshorne (B.Sc., B.Ch.D., M.Ch.D., M.P.A., PhD(Stell), FFPH.RCP (UK)) is a cosmetic & reconstructive dental surgeon. He has special interests in dental implantology, full mouth dental rehabilitation, orthodontics, periodontics and endodontics. Dr Hartshorne received the WhatClinic Patient Service Award in 2017.

Dr Marcel Riedemann grew up in Durbanville, located in the Western Cape. He graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 2003. After completing his community service in Zeerust, in the North West Province, he relocated to the Netherlands. Together with a South African colleague, he opened a modern private dental practice in Naaldwijk, near The Hague. There, he gained experience in digital dentistry, including crown and bridge work and orthodontic aligners. In 2023, he and his family moved back to Durbanville in sunny South Africa. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two sons. He likes playing squash and mountain biking on various trails.

Fazlin Suliman graduated in 2015 from the University of the Western Cape with a Bachelor of Oral Hygiene. At Intercare Tygervalley, Fazlin enjoys connecting with patients and ensuring they feel comfortable and well cared for. She has a special interest in preventative care and teeth whitening, and she is dedicated to educating patients about oral hygiene. Fazlin is an avid nature lover and enjoys jogging, hiking, and exploring trendy coffee shops.

Dentist

Dr Hugo Kotze holds a BChD from the University of the Western Cape and brings a strong clinical and academic foundation to his work. With experience in private practice and ongoing research involvement, he is committed to delivering patient-centred care grounded in evidence-based principles. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Oral Pathology and has a special interest in oral surgery and restorative dentistry, with plans to specialise further in implantology. Dr Kotze enjoys playing guitar, watching films, and taking long walks with his golden retriever.
